1972年10月出生。博士,副教授,硕士生导师。目前从事太赫兹二维、三维成像、太赫兹遥感以及太赫兹与物质相互作用的研究和固体物理,半导体器件物理教学工作。
感兴趣的研究领域:太赫兹二维、三维成像、太赫兹通讯以及太赫兹遥感。
I am teaching Solid State Physics and Physics of semiconductor devices now.
My research areas are THz imaging, THz communication and THz sensing.
