报告摘要:
本讲座将从材料、器件的角度介绍多层陶瓷电容器(MLCC)的总体发展现状和未来发展趋势。SMT技术的快速发展对MLCC也提出了小型化、集成化和低成本化等要求。最新的研发实例是陶瓷板式阵列电容器,开展了高功率、高可靠性、大容量等方面的设计和制备工艺研究;并将介绍本实验室在超宽温X-R型和微波用MLCC介质材料方向的最新研究成果。
Firstly, the overall development present situation and future development trend in MLCC will be reviewed – from material and devices perspective.The rapid development of SMT technology also put forward requirement for MLCC devices, such as miniaturization, integration and low costs, etc. As one of the examples of the latest research effort on developing ceramic plate capacitor array, the research on high power, high reliability and large capacity of these samples in respect of design and preparation technology are investigated. Secondly, the latest research results of our laboratory on MLCC dielectric material used in over wide temperature X-R and microwave technology are introduced.
报告人介绍:
天津大学电子信息工程学院教授,博士生导师,电子科学与技术学科负责人,天津大学电子材料与元器件研究所所长,教育部新世纪优秀人才。从事新型电子信息功能材料与元器件的研究工作,作为项目负责人完成了军工项目、863项目、国家自然科学基金等三十余项,此外,在铁电薄膜材料与器件、微小型MLCC用系列高性能介质材料、微波毫米波介质材料以及LTCC微波陶瓷材料等研究方面获得多项成果,曾获国防科技协作配套先进个人,天津市五一劳动奖章,教育部科技进步奖,天津市技术发明奖等。
Dr. LingxiaLi is presently Full Professor in the College of Electronic information engineering, Tianjin University, doctoral supervisor, head of electronic science and technology disciplines, director of electronic materials and components, the new century excellent talents in the ministry of education. She is interested in the field of novel electronic information functional materials and components. As a project leader, she had finished military project, 863 projects, national natural science fund etc. Moreover, many achievements had obtained in ferroelectric thin film materials and devices, series of high performance microminiatureMLCC dielectric materials, microwave millimeter wave dielectric and LTCC microwave ceramic materials. She won the national defense science and technology cooperation form a complete set of advanced individuan, May 1 labor medal of Tianjin,The ministry of education of science and technology progress prize,Tianjin technical invention prize.
