The core value of Moore‘s Law is that the cost of chips based on CMOS technology is reduced by 40% every year, which requires that the size of the transistors processed by the process be reduced proportionally. In order to maintain such a principle of continuous reduction in the size of the triode, a large number of unconventional materials and processes have to be used. However, the use of these materials and processes has greatly increased the cost of processing, making it impossible to continuously reduce the cost of chips processed by new advanced technologies by 40% per year. There has been the so-called ’The End of Moore‘s Law’. The end of Moore‘s Law has caused the entire semiconductor industry to be in a state of change .The Accelerated Technology Innovation (ATI) will become the KEY for the next 20 years to replace the Moor’s Law as the driver for meeting the various social needs. 45nm – 180nm commodity of CMOS is becoming a common platform to support more than 85% practical applications. Driven applications for ATI will be Automotive Electronics (AEs), Medical Electronics (MEs), and Advanced Industrial Electronics (AIEs).
