报告摘要:
富勒烯功能材料具有独特的封闭笼状结构和电子亲和力强,电子迁移率高以及重组能小等特点,因此被广泛应用于聚合物太阳能电池的受体光伏材料以及有机-无机杂化钙钛矿太阳能电池中的电子传输层、阴极界面层或缺陷钝化剂。本报告将介绍富勒烯的结构和性质,以及我组近几年在开发新型富勒烯衍生物并将其应用于钙钛矿太阳能电池中的电子传输层或钙钛矿光活性层的添加剂等方面的工作。
Fullerene functional materials exhibit unique closed-cage structures, high electron affinity, high electron mobility and small reorganization energy, thus have been widely utilized as acceptors in polymer solar cells, electron transport layers, cathode interfacial layers and trap passivators in organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells (PVKSCs). In this talk, I will first give a brief introduction to the structures and properties of fullerenes, then present our recent works on developing versatile fullerene derivatives in PVKSCs as either electron transport layers or additives in perovskite photoactive layer.
报告人介绍:
杨上峰,中国科学技术大学教授,博士生导师,国家杰出青年基金获得者,英国皇家化学会会士。2003年在香港科技大学获博士学位。2004年2月至2007年12月获得洪堡基金会的资助在德国莱布尼兹固体材料研究所工作,后担任guest scientist,代理课题组组长。2007年12月加入中国科学技术大学材料科学与工程系和合肥微尺度物质科学国家实验室任双聘教授,2014年10月起任材料科学与工程系执行主任,2015年10月起任中国科学院能量转换材料重点实验室副主任。长期从事富勒烯功能材料的研究,目前的主要研究方向是新型碳纳米材料的合成及在钙钛矿太阳能电池中的应用。迄今为止已在包括Nature Commun.,Adv. Mater., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., J. Am. Chem. Soc.等国际学术期刊上发表论文270余篇。获得中国科学技术大学校友基金会“优秀青年教师奖”(2010年)、中国科学院“优秀导师奖”、中国科学院“朱李月华优秀教师奖”(2016 年、2017 年)。
Professor Shangfeng Yang is the recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and Fellow of RSC (FRSC). In December 2007, he joined University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) as a full professor of Hefei National Laboratory for Physical Sciences at Microscale & Department of Materials Science and Engineering, and has been appointed as Department Head since Oct. 2014. In Oct. 2015 he was appointed as the Deputy Director of CAS Key Laboratory of Materials for Energy Conversion. His current research interests include the novel nanocarbons (mainly fullerenes) as well as their applications in perovskite solar cells. He has published over 270 peer-reviewed papers in journals including Nature Commun., Adv. Mater., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., J. Am. Chem. Soc. He was awarded "Young Faculty Award” of USTC Alumni Foundation (2010), "CAS Excellent Supervisor Award" (2016, 2017).
