ElectronicElectronic Information,Electronic Information, Huazhong University of Science & Technology. He is engaged in researches related to TFT(Thin Film Transistor) flat panel displays, solar-cells and solar-grade Silicon material. In 2003-2010, He took part in 3 projects of the National “863” High Technology Research and Development Program of China, was in charge of the drivings of LTPS or μc-Si AM-OLEDs(Active matrix Organic light emitting displays). Full color moving images with 64 grayscales were realized. He was in charge of a project of National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2005-2007. In this program, the Si purity could be increased from 0.99 to 0.9997 by cold plasma etching. He is author/coauthor of more than 40 publications and a lot of Chinese patents.

Sheng Yin is a Associate Professor at School of Optical and Electronic Information, Huazhong University of Science & Technology.
