学习工作经历:

1984年在西安交通大学获学士学位,1987年在华中科技大学获硕士学位,2001年在华中科技大学获博士学位。

1998,10至1999,10 在香港科技大学做访问研究。

2001,12至2003,12在新加坡南洋理工大学和新加坡制造技术研究院从事博士后研究工作。

2003,12至今在华中科技大学工作。

研究方向、领域:

微纳电子技术,光伏工程,新型太阳能电池,新型平板显示技术(AMLCD、OLED)。

主要成果:

成功研制出a-Si TFT有源矩阵及彩色液晶显示器,其TFT的通断电流比高达107,实现了彩色图像的视频动态显示。成功研制出光电转换效率达11.48%的非晶硅薄膜叠层太阳能电池。在国家863计划“高清晰度平板显示技术”重大专项课题的科研工作中,与清华大学和南开大学一起研制出国内第一块全彩色AM-OLED显示屏,实现了OLED彩色视频图像的动态显示。主持完成武器装备预先研究项目“铁电薄膜材料技术”的课题研究,研制出介电热辐射计式钛酸锶钡(BST)铁电薄膜和BST非致冷型红外焦平面阵列。提出两步激光晶化方法获得大晶粒多晶硅薄膜,采用微波晶化、金属诱导晶化获得低温多晶硅薄膜与薄膜晶体管;成功制备出高效率硅基异质结太阳能电池,并成功采用纳米薄膜、量子点技术、背场技术、减反膜技术提高电池性能,成功制备出准单晶ZnO薄膜和高透明、高电导率ZnO:Al薄膜并应用于太阳能电池中。

Dr Zeng Xiangbin, professor, director of Institute of photonic device and information integration, HuaZhong University of Science and Technology, senior member of ASID, member of a council of China Energy Society, talents of innovation and establishing enterprise of Jiangsu Province(2013), talents of innovation group of Jiangsu Province(2013), talents of LUYANGJINGFENG plan of Yangzhou city of Jiangsu Province(2012). From 1998 to 1999, as a visiting scholar, he worked at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, HongKong. From 2001 to 2003, as a Research Fellow, he worked at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. His research interests focus on ZnO thin film(sensor),AZO thin film, BZO thin film, active matrix liquid crystal display(poly-Si TFTs, transparent TFTs, transparent electronics), active matrix OLED, flexible display, flexible solar cell, Si nanometer, Si quantum dot (LED, memory) and solar cells including c-Si, a-Si thin film, a-Si tandem, μ-Si thin film , Si quantum dot solar cell, a-Si/c-Si heterojunction, and compound (WS2,MoS2,etc)heterojunction solar cells. He has fabricated a-Si thin film tandem solar cells with conversion efficiency of 11.48%, a-Si/c-Si heterojunction solar cells with conversion efficiency of 20%, and a-Si thin film flexible solar cells with conversion efficiency of 6%. He has published more than 100 research papers in conference and journal, and applied 18 patents.
