The Green Energy Micro-System (GEMS) Group, led by Dr. Min Tan, is interested in designingrobustandenergy-efficientintegrated circuits (ICs) for micro-systems with theoretical guarantee. In particular, we are interested in

1.Power, energy, and thermalproblems motivated byemergingapplications, such as 5G, IoT, silicon photonics (SiPh), VR/AR, AI and etc.

2.Fundamentaldesign theory andbasicIC building blocks, such as stability, amplifiers, filters and etc.
