个人简介:

闵闰,2010年西北工业大学软件与微电子学院本科毕业。20112013年为华中科技大学硕士研究生。20132016年为华中科技大学光学与电子信息学院硕博连读研究生。20166月博士毕业,同年11月留校任教。

近五年以第一作者或通讯作者发表学术论文7篇(其中SCI 4篇,一区SCI 2篇)。合作发表论文5(其中一区SCI 4)。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,并作为核心人员参与多项企业横向项目。其中一项为国际企业合作项目,与世界五百强企业丰田爱信精机合作开发适用于IGBTSiC器件的有源驱动芯片。

研究方向:集成电路设计、电力电子技术、数字控制技术
