2005年博士毕业于华中科技大学电子科学与技术专业,2006年破格晋升为副教授,2011年晋升为教授,2009-2010年在美国亚利桑那光学中心从事博士后研究工作一年。国家精品课程光纤光学主讲教师之一。OSA(美国光学学会)会员,中国光学学会高级会员, 国际会议ICAIT 2011年技术委员会委员,国际会议ICICS 2013年分会主席,国际会议Photonics Asia 2016 分会主席,国际会议PGC|OECC|CLEO-PR 2017年分会主席。Optics ExpressApplied Optics Optics Letters等期刊审稿人。主要从事光纤传感、光通信网络与器件、光纤激光器及工程应用研究。曾获湖北省技术发明二等奖、中国通信学会科学技术一等奖、中国电子学会科技技术奖励三等奖、校教学成果特等奖等奖励。近五年在Optics Express Optics LettersPJ等国际权威期刊、知名国际会议等发表论文60余篇, 申请国家发明专利20余项,授权15项。多项科研成果通过鉴定。参编了《光纤光学》以及《光纤光学与光纤通信基础实验》两部教材,出版技术著作1.

    在科研中,本人先后主持承担的科研项目有:国家自然科学基金面上项目基于光学微腔的高精度水下声场无源感知关键技术研究、国家自然科学基金面上项目基于微光机械薄膜的光纤激光次声波探测技术研究、国家自然科学基金青年项目基于局域场喇曼增强效应的分布式光纤气敏传感技术研究、国家工信部重大成果转化项目基于SOA的无源光网络光子集成ONU产业化、武汉市重大科技攻关项目“AWG波长选择光接收阵列模块,以及国家中小型创新基金项目“DWDM解复用光接收阵列模块等。作为骨干成员参加的项目有:国家自然科学基金重大项目光纤传感网关键器件与技术、国家自然科学基金重点项目重大工程灾害预警光纤地震波监测关键技术基础研究、科技部973计划前期专项纳米光电子器件的基础研究、湖北省自然基金项目一种新颖的SPR效应光波导水质传感技术、国家科技部攻关计划项目便携式光波导水质分析仪的研制与开发,以及国家自然科学基金基于直波导的阵列波导光栅设计与实现方法研究等项目的研发工作。参加了国家八六三项目基于千兆以太网的宽带无源光网络系统、武汉市重大科技攻关项目新型DWDM器件及相关产品开发等项目的研发。

    在教学方面,主持承担了多项教改项目,所主讲课程光纤光学获国家精品课程,教学研究成果获得华中科技大学教学成果特等奖华中科技大学教学成果一等奖湖北省教学成果三等奖以及全省高校优秀多媒体教学课件二等奖。教学方面先后获得校青年教师教学竞赛二等奖校教学质量二等奖的教学奖励。曾获得校十佳青年教工的表彰与校优秀共产党员的称号。所指导学生多次获得华中科技大学本科生优秀毕业设计一等奖” “湖北省本科生优秀学士学位论文奖以及湖北省大学生优秀科研成果奖。

Ping lu , Professor ,Ph.D.She graduated from huazhong university of science and technology to obtain a Ph.D in Electronic science and technology, who was promoted to associate professor and professor in 2006 and 2011 respectively , and was engaged in postdoctoral research work in Optical Sciencs Center of University ofArizona during 2009-2010 .Her mainly research work include Fiber sensor, Fiber laser,Fiber optics. She has published more than 50 well-known international journal papers and apply for more than 20 national invention patents.
